Wrapping Up Naturally Boulder Days 2007

Naturally Boulder Days 2007 was held October 25 and 26, 2007 at the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder, Colorado. With over 400 attendees participating, the event was a resounding success. The highlights included an authentic leadership café event at Naropa University featuring Steve Ells, CEO of Chipotle Mexican Grill and Kim Jordan CEO and co-founder of New Belgium Brewery; an opening keynote by Mo Siegal, founder of Celestial Seasonings and a closing keynote by Dr. Alan Greene, MD, a renowned pediatrician and advocate of organic foods. The Friday workshops contained diverse offerings on building your brand, sustainability, market trends and authentic leadership. Of course the day ended with the popular 60 second pitch slam where entrepreneurs had the chance to pitch their ideas to a panel of experts and legends in the industry.

This event is fast becoming “the” educational event for companies both starting and expanding in the natural and organic space. And where better than in Boulder, Colorado – clearly an epicenter of natural and organic products, entrepreneurship, and healthy lifestyles.
